Chloe is an aging black Lab now sporting grey "socks" and a beard.
We had raised her from a puppy and sent her on her way to the Guiding Eyes for the Blind program. But she decided on her own that it was just too much responsibility for her. So she came home to us.
She has been a very comforting companion these past 12 years and has enjoyed her few friends and family.
Needless to say, she is afraid of the vacuum cleaner, the broom, thunder and lightning, and is suspicious of all other dogs. She loves going to the beach in a golf cart and then taking her walk. The highlight of her walk is meeting her friend Lucy and Lucy's dad, who happens to be a chiropractor.

After greeting each other, dogs and people, Chloe gets a massage. She enjoys this so much that her eyes nearly roll back in her head in happiness. She has given up swimming but still enjoys relaxing in the sun.
