Khadijah Sessions had 30 points and eight rebounds, Tanisha Brown added 22 points and six rebounds, and Myrtle Beach defeated Parkway Academy (Fla.) 77-73 in the consolation championship of the Crescent Bank Holiday Invitational on Wednesday at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Sessions did much of her damage from the free-throw line, hitting 14 of 16 attempts for the Seahawks, who built a 33-20 halftime lead before holding off the Panthers.
Taylor Shaw led four Parkway Academy players in double figures with 20 points.
Shatia Cole added 14 points for Myrtle Beach.
