Gov. Mark Sanford repeated today that his political career is over.
Sanford said he now is focused on giving future S.C. governors -- Republican or Democrat -- the tools they need to succeed in office.
Sanford spoke before the Twin City Rotary Club in Batesburg-Leesville about his plans to focus on restructuring state government, spending caps and reforming the Employment Security Commission during his remaining 1 1/2 year in office.
"This is truly not about Mark Sanford anymore," Sanford said.
