STRIP CLUB ETIQUETTE: KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF

It's called a Gentlemen's Club for a reason. You're out with your friends, drinking and having fun, while naked girls dance for you. It's a recipe for fun, as long as you follow some simple rules.
Make sure you have enough change for tipping, and when I say change, I'm not talking coins. Two dollar bills are common currency at most clubs, but get some fives and tens, too. If you're considering a lap dance, you may want a crisp fifty or hundred to give your dance partner.
A couple of drinks during the course of the evening can help you loosen up, while too many could wipe out all inhibition (maybe even causing you to begin stripping, a definite no-no). The drinks in most clubs are notoriously expensive, and you have better things to spend your money on tonight.
Pay attention to seating. The seating around the stage is called the tip rail. As each dancer comes out, you are expected to show your appreciation by tipping. When it comes to how much, the adage is you give, you get. You want a little more of a dancer's attention? Money talks. Not interested? When seated on the rail, you still give a few bucks for the show. Sit at a table and you'll have the opportunity of picking and choosing which girl you want attention from. When seated at a table and a dancer stops by and you're not interested, don't be rude or lie. Simply smile and say no thank you. She'll get the hint and move on, and you'll look like a classy guy for the next girl headed your way.
Know the touching policy of the club you're in and the girl you are with. Play it safe and keep your hands to yourself, unless you receive the express permission of both. Not following this rule could have you thrown out or worse. These girls are in shape, many do karate or kickboxing. Respect their rules.
Is that bulge in your pocket a camera phone? Good, leave it there. Most clubs have a policy against taking pictures.
Trying to get the attention of a dancer or the waitress? No grabbing - refer back to the no touching policy. Ladies, the same rules apply to you.
Last but not least, enjoy the show for what it is. Just because the dancers are smiling and talking, this is a place of business to them. Don't ask them out or give them your phone number. You can't imagine the amount of times they get hit on each night, and how uncouth it makes you appear. And definitely don't wait around for your favorite dancer after the club closes - unless you want to be known as a stalker.
