MYRTLE BEACH -- Rocket Wheeler has seen too many of these games. A Pelicans pitcher has one bad inning on the mound, and the offense can't find a way to minimize the damage. "We brought the winning run to the plate in the ninth inning again," Wheeler said after Myrtle Beach fell 4-3 to Potomac on Sunday. "But we gotta get to the point where when we've got a job to do, we've got to do that job, whatever that job is. Get the guy in and quit swinging for the fences and take our base hits. There's times when we go up to the plate and we swing for the fences."
