Burka allowed, but not concealed gun
Greetings. I am an avid shopper at the Goodwill stores in Horry County. The other day, I was at the Little River branch on S.C. 9, and a woman with a full burka entered your establishment.
I immediately felt threatened.
If you are going to put up signs telling law-abiding, tax-paying citizens that they can not carry their concealed guns into your store, then you better also post that a person’s face must be fully revealed. This is disturbing, to say the least.
I spend on average $500 a month in your stores, and if something isn't done about this, I will withdraw from shopping with you all together.
I'm not joking about the severity of this issue, and I will go further with it if I don't get a satisfactory response. I am forwarding this letter to The Sun News and will keep them updated. I am also going to be contacting attorneys to see if I need to file a discrimination case in the event that action is not taken.
