The days of etiquette, politeness, respect and tolerance seem to have faded away. Today, there is an aura of haste, greed and a lack of courtesy.
Incident after incident raises its ugly head:
How can a society go about retrieving the lessons taught in the past, such as the American way of honor and respect for one another or the love of God and country? Unfortunately these and other lessons of wholesomeness cannot be found, in the school systems, government, the work place or public assemblies. All these venues seem to have lost their way, with the puzzle of mankind in need of repair. Have we lost the dignity of being good shepherds or our brothers keeper?
There is a huge and vital cry for leadership, a movement that can coalesce the forces that have splintered society. We can do it once again without greed, jealousy or dishonesty via the hallmarks of justice, equality, and fraternity.
