Rice has it wrong
Re: July 21 letter from Tom Rice, “Obama a president that would be king”
Regarding Rep.Tom Rice's statement: “It is not Congress that is confused about its role.” Really?
Sounds like another clown has joined the circus.
Holder used ‘race card’ in Zimmerman
to distract from administration’s scandals
Last fall I suggested that the Department of Justice adopt the image of Buford T. Justice as a “warm and fuzzy” logo. Buford T. was the inept highway patrol cop played by Jackie Gleason in the movie “Smokey and the Bandit.”
I wish to retract that suggestion because the disgraceful DoJ doesn't deserve a character as dogged as Buford T. Maybe the cartoon character Elmer Fudd or Mad Magazine's Alfred E. Neuman would be more representative of incompetent embarrassment the DoJ and its “top cop” Eric Holder have become to all Americans.
Playing Zimmerman as a race card is beyond despicable and is a red herring to distract from the important issues like the horror of Benghazi, the gestapo IRS's targeting of selected individuals and groups, the illegal spying and retrieval of private correspondence and of course, the Fast and Furious incident that remains unresolved. Oh, and let's not forget the “Pigford” scandal that was outed by the late conservative Andrew Breitbart in which several billion of our tax dollars was illegally distributed to certain ethnic groups in a cynical attempt to gain favor.
Holder and the Obama administration were in the driver's seat on that one. Please vote in 2014 and let's vow to get rid of all representatives that have been in office 18 years or more or those over 65. We must get back to a system of government that actually works for the people, not just for its own perpetration.
