TV coverage missing on Middle East

While riding in my car on Nov. 21, I heard that there was a peace treaty between Israel and Hamas that was scheduled to go into effect at 2 p.m. When I got home and turned on the TV at 2 p.m., there was no coverage about it. I waited for the 4 p.m. news and none of the network stations were covering it. The same for 5 and 6 p.m. news, on ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX.

There are some folks that don’t have all those other channels, and that means that they can’t get, what should have been, the breaking news, until later at night. Where was the coverage? Or wasn’t it important enough?
