As a body shop owner, I would like to let the insured know that customers have the right to choose who they want to repair their vehicles.
Please do not let your insurance company steer you wrong; it is the law. So many insured customers do not know this information and after an accident may be stressed out and may rely solely on what they are told by their insurance company.
It is disheartening to hear how many people are unaware of this and, again, I must stress that it is up to the customer who they choose to go to for the repairs.
