Rep. Alan Clemmons | Thanks, but no thanks to Medicaid expansion

On Jan. 8, the members of the South Carolina legislature returned to Columbia to kick off the120th General Assembly. As I spoke with my colleagues it became clear that, as I suspected, the question of whether our state should implement the Obamacare expansion of the state’s Medicaid program is going to be a leading issue this year.
