Insulting Penn State victims

Just three days into 2013, we have a strong contender for Dunce of the Year. Pennsylvania Gov. Corbett filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA this week, claiming that the penalties it imposed on Penn State, which the university accepted in the aftermath of the scandal, are too “harsh.” Seriously.
