Thunderstorms are expected today in the Myrtle Beach area with a high temperature of 93 degrees, according to AccuWeather. Thunderstorms are expected overnight and a low of 75. Tomorrow's forecast calls for storms and 89 degrees.
There is another round of severe weather expected, but this system will stick mainly to the coastal areas. There is a threat of 60 mile-per-hour wind gusts on Wednesday and large hail, according to officials with the National Weather Service in Wilmington, N.C.
