A Little River man has been indicted by an Horry County grand jury in connection with a bomb threat being made to a local Wal-Mart, according to court records.
Justin Matthew McCoy, 24, of Little River was indicted on a charge of bomb threat, according to Horry County grand jury indictments released Tuesday.
McCoy remains jailed on $10,000 bond on the bomb threat charge and a $25,000 bond on a charge of threatening the life of a public official, according to records at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
McCoy was arrested Nov. 5, two days after North Myrtle Beach police were called to the store after a man had made the threat, police said. Store managers evacuated the business and a search for anything suspicious occurred, but nothing was found.

The store was reopened about an hour later, officials said.
It was unclear how police connected McCoy to the incident and took him into custody.
