Woman ticketed following crash on S.C. 31 in North Myrtle Beach

North Myrtle Beach police ticketed a woman who was injured in a crash that closed lanes of S.C. 31 early Wednesday, according to an incident report.
Officers responded about 1 a.m. Wednesday to S.C. 31 near S.C. 22 where a car reportedly rolled over several times, police said.
A 2004 Honda Accord was found in the median and Miranda Williams who was driving it was on the ground “severely injured.”
Police said they smelled alcohol on Williams’ breath.
The 38-year-old from Sunset Beach, N.C. was transported to Grand Strand Medical Center. Police issued a courtesy summons charging Williams with first offense driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol content was not listed in the report, but according to the charge was less than 0.10.
