Horry County police tell Florida authorities about Heather Elvis after skeletal remains found

Horry County police, investigating the disappearance of 20-year-old Heather Elvis, contacted authorities in Florida after human remains were found in Volusia County, Horry County police Lt. Robert Kegler said.
