Peter Sfetter Wilczynski, owner of the Polish Deli (Pulaski deli) in Myrtle Beach, took drone footage of the Springmaid Pier, Surfside Pier, Garden City and the 2nd Ave. Pier after Hurricane Matthew hit the Grand Strand in October 2016.
Kenneth Wayne Carlisle, 28, and Jordan Marie Hodge, 21, were denied bond in Horry County court today on charges of murdering 64-year-old Linda McAllister and 45-year-old William Clemons. Hodge was McAllister’s granddaughter, according to a statement from McAllister’s family. Hodges mother, Dara Hodge, begged Judge Steven John to deny bond for her daughter stating, "She killed my mother and her new husband. Dragged her out like trash."

Brandon Craig Gore, 31, of Aynor was denied bond in a magistrate court Nov. 28, 2017, when he was arraigned on two counts of murder for the Sept. 14 killing of Dexter Cobb and Porscha Cobb in Galivants Ferry.
The 48th Annual Bluegrass Festival is being held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center over Thanksgiving weekend Nov. 23-25. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2017.
