Newsmakers | Father Bruno Swiatocha celebrates 58 years since being ordained in Shallotte, N.C.

On June 9, the Reverend Bruno Swiatocha, the Chaplain of Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the Council 9039 and Faithful Friar of Our Lady of La Salette Assembly located in Shallotte, N.C., celebrated the 58 anniversary of his ordination. At the council’s Awards Dinner held that evening, Bruno was presented with a cake commemorating the event. Prior to his entry into the seminary in 1948, Bruno served his country as a United States Marine during World War II.
