Croissants Bistro & Bakery is opening a second Grand Strand location on July 8, according to a press release.
“My family and I are thrilled to open Croissants at the Grande Dunes,” owner Heidi Vukov said in the release. “We’ve put our heart and soul into this project and are anxious to share with our community.”
Guests who visit the new Croissants Bistro & Bakery will have the opportunity to watch the decorating team through a window into the bakery, and the shop will be roasting coffee beans on-site each day, using two certified coffee roasters.
Vukov is also opening a seafood restaurant featuring casual fine-dining, Hook & Barrel, which is set to open next week.
Hook & Barrel will feature local seafood when it is available, and will offer salads, pasta dishes, an array of cocktails and more.
Both restaurants – advertised as venues that focus on sustainability via featuring a healthy working environment by ridding the air of grease-laden vapors and using state-of-the-art cooking technology – are located at 8014 North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach.
“We are all becoming more and more aware of our environment,” Vukov said. “We need to take better care of our natural resources.”
The original Croissants Bistro & Bakery is located at 3751 Robert M. Grissom Parkway in Myrtle Beach.
