Myrtle Beach will again enforce a 6 p.m. curfew Sunday night that will be in effect until 6 a.m. Monday.
City officials were out Sunday morning assessing damages and making repairs, but there are still a number of downed trees on roadways and limited street lighting and traffic signals.
People are also asked to avoid unnecessary driving, and property owners are asked to place yard and building debris in separate piles next to the roadway. The debris will be picked up after the city staff is through taking care of dangerous situations.
The city also canceled the 9 a.m. City Council workshop on Tuesday, although the 2 p.m. meeting will take place at Fire Station No. 6 at 970 38th Ave. N.
