John Matthew Miller, of Whiteville, N.C., is wanted by Horry County Police for fraud.
Miller worked for a company that was subcontracted to perform underground construction. The company has a business account with an auto parts store where employees can purchase items that are necessary for the job.
The company stated that the account is rarely used except for items such as bearings and oil.
Miller used the account at various stores across Horry County, including stores in Conway, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Little River. The company soon detected that a large amount of money was being spent at the stores, and began an investiagion.

Miller bought a total of $13,200 worth of auto parts after being terminated from employment from the company. The purchases were unauthorized by the company.
Miller has warrents for his arrest including two for obtaining goods under false pretenses valued at more than $10,000, one for obtaining goods under false pretenses valued at $2,000 to $10,000, and one for FTC fraud.
