If there’s something you want to do that the developers of Cresswind didn’t think of in the Market Common subdivision’s new clubhouse, it may not be legal.

The 12,500-square-foot building has a social room, demonstration kitchen, computer library, arts and crafts room, full fitness center and yoga studio.

And that’s just inside.

Outside there are tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball and horsehoes, an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pavilion, amphitheater and, of course, a pool.

Already, according to a press release from Kolter Homes, the facility has hosted a decorating class by Pottery Barn, a chef demonstration and yoga, water aerobics and movie nights.
