A longtime club at Broadway at the Beach has gone smoke-free.
Crocodile Rocks no longer allows smoking inside the dueling piano bar, part of a new policy to start the new year, the club said in a news release.
“The decision was a hard one, but one I think will actually enhance the image of our club,” spokesman Craig Smith said in the release. “Crocodile Rocks is a popular spot for parties and special events for all ages. We wanted to create an environment that everyone could enjoy.”
Crocodile Rocks is in Broadway’s nightclub hub, Celebrity Square, and is the only in that cluster to go smoke free, according to a Broadway at the Beach representative.
