Despite another restaurant down the road in Surfside Beach changing its name to be similar to Valentino Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria, John Giannone wants everyone to know he was the original Valentino owner who had the restaurant called Valentino Italian Restaurant that opened in October 2001 in Surfside Beach.

New sports pub menu has bite

Now that the third location of Sharkey’s has been open several weeks near Surfside Beach and I’ve visited twice, I can say the menu at this location (the other two are oceanfront in Myrtle Beach and at Broadway at the Beach) is my favorite.
