▪ For a quick and healthy option at lunch, Fresh Greens has opened up a new express restaurant in The Market Common. Their original location is in Conway on S.C. 501 near CCU, so many fans are happy to have their salads, wraps, and juices now available in Myrtle Beach.
Every day, the original Fresh Greens will transport ready-made meals to the new express café in order for customers to grab some food and go. This will also include the restaurant’s new sandwiches that come complete with their signature fresh vegetables and Boar’s Head deli meats.
The Fresh Greens Express location on Howard Avenue near The Roasted Bean will open every day at 10:30 in the morning, then close at 7 in the evening. The team is also discussing whether or not to have a delivery service for The Market Common area. In the meantime, guests can call 843-347-969 to learn more about the two locations. The restaurant also has a website, freshgreens.com, and a social media site at facebook.com/eatatfreshgreens.
▪ It’s never cold enough in Myrtle Beach for frozen yogurt! The latest shop in the Village Grande Dunes is Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, snuggled in between Starbucks and Chipotle. This self-serve sweet station plans to celebrate a Grand Opening on Dec. 3, with a soft opening on Nov. 28 at noon.
Menchie’s, while known for their frozen yogurt and pastel mascot, also offers cakes and other treats to satisfy any sweet tooth. Dozens of toppings to put on the frozen dessert range from fresh fruits to delectable candies, and to more extravagant confections like cheesecake and mochi. Payment is determined by the weight, so guests can load up as much or as little as they’d like.
Myrtle Beach’s new Menchie’s is at 7955 North Kings Highway in the growing shopping center around Publix. Guests can get in touch with the employees by calling 443-904-4347 or visiting facebook.com/menchiesmyrtlebeach. The team is still working on when their hours will be, so keep checking in with Menchie’s!
