Competitors look for a quick start in one of 22 races Sunday during the 2008 Hydro-Turf American Powerboat Association Nationals held Sunday in Myrtle Beach. Professional and amateur racers from across the country competed in the event held near Springmaid Pier over the weekend. The event was sponsored in part by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and was one of the events of the 57th Annual Sun Fun Festival in Myrtle Beach.
