    <description>&lt;p/&gt;John Rhodes&#39; duties as mayor did not hamper with the quality of the most recent Beach Ball Classic.&lt;p/&gt;Of the 16 teams in the field, 10 advanced to the final four of their respective postseason tournaments, nine played in a championship game and five teams - Galena (Nev.), Pinewood Prep, Wilson, Scott County (Ky.), Arlington Country Day (Fla.) - took home state championship honors.</description>
