Water shutdown in Georgetown will affect some residents

From staff reportsJuly 12, 2014

The City of Georgetown announced late Friday that the Water Department plans to shut off water service on July 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The shutdown could affect those residents who live on Dawson, Olive, Rosemary, Birch and South Bay streets in Maryville.

A service connection tap needs to be made, which is why the water will be shut off.

Any residents with questions should call the Water Utility Department at 545-4500.
