After a brief closure Tuesday, North Myrtle Beach officials said that the Barefoot Swing Bridge had reopened vehicle and boat traffic, according to an alert at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Repair crews were called to address some problem that kept the bridge from opening and closing. The bridge was closed for about 30 minutes Tuesday.
