A Greer-based company and a Colorado company have bought the Ocean Bay Market shopping center in Carolina Forest for $14,079,000, according to information from NAI Avant, the sales agent.

The 58,000-square-foot shopping center is the location of a recently-opened Lowe’s grocery.

The two companies, Randolph Freezer LLC of Greer and Red Sled Properties LLC, sold a shopping center in Charleston in April for $12 million.

The developer of Ocean Bay Market on International Drive at S.C. 31 was Carolina Forest Investment Group LLC.
