Deputies seek public’s help looking for suspect

May 29, 2014

The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s

assistance in finding a man related to an indecent exposure incident at Huntington Beach State Park.

Deputies said they responded around 4 p.m. Tuesday to a report that a man exposed himself to two girls. The girls told a relative about the incident. The relative then alerted bystanders, including one who followed the man as he left the area and got his tag information. Deputies say the vehicle is a blue-green GMC van with the Georgia license plate number BDX-1908.

Anyone with information about the incident should call the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 546-5101.
