Partners buy Myrtle Beach Mall

Peak Financial Partners, a private real estate investment firm, and Msuma Holdings Corp. have acquired Myrtle Beach Mall for $45 million, according to an announcement from Peak.

The partners’ plans for the 521,000-square-foot mall could not be immediately determined Friday afternoon.
