Alex Gonzalez limited the Winston-Salem Dash to three hits and struck out five in six scoreless inning to lead the Myrtle Beach Pelicans to a 2-0 victory Tuesday night at Field at Pelicans Ballpark.

Gonazalez moved to 4-2 on the season and lowered his ERA to 2.42.

Joey Gallo continued his hot hitting with a solo home run in the fourth, pushing his season total to 14. Royce Bolinger had a double, triple and RBI for Myrtle Beach.
