A Myrtle Beach man is facing a child pornography charge, according to S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson.

Marshall Brian Hanselman, 57, is charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was arrested May 2 and released from jail the following day on a $10,000 surety bond.

In a press release, Wilson said videos of child pornography were found in Hanselman’s home during the execution of a search warrant May 2. Multiple computers and other electronic equipment were seized during the search.

The sexual exploitation charge is a felony that carries a maximum 20 years imprisonment if convicted.
