Coastal Carolina Kids Camp to be held this summer

Registration is open for the annual Coastal Carolina Kids Camp for children ages 6-12.

The creative camp will be held at Coastal Carolina University’s Myrtle Beach Education Center, 900 79th Ave. N. at the U.S. 17 Bypass, and the Litchfield Education Center, 14427 Ocean Highway, Litchfield Landing in Pawleys Island.

The camps run each week from June 9 to Aug. 8, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. weekdays, and a few all-day camps also are offered. Some of the popular camps include “Guts, Goop, Globs and Gas,” “Magnificent Musical Theater,” “Incredible Edible Art,” “Sleuth Academy,” “Express Yourself,” “Superhero Camp,” “Candy Chemistry Camp,” “Draw, Doodle and Design” and “It’s all about Me, Me, Me!”

The sessions exclude the week of July 4. Half-day camps are $75; full-day camps are $150 per week.
