A pair of black males reportedly robbed two men after flashing a gun on 3rd Avenue South early Friday morning.

Myrtle Beach Police report two men were walking on 3rd Avenue South heading to buy beer at a nearby gas station. Police say as they passed the intersection at South Myrtle Street, two black men were walking close by and one of them asked the victims if they “had any work,” according to a police report. One of the victims said he did not have any money, which prompted the men to run up to the victims and point a gun at them demanding money, according to the report.

One of the men with the guns then pressed the gun against one of the victims’ faces until the victim handed over his wallet, according to police.

Police are looking for the men who are about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and have a slightly bigger build. The men were wearing black and gray hoodies.
