Staff reportApril 11, 2014

Moe’s Southwest Grill has opened off S.C. 544, joining Which Wich and others in a new retail building at Sayebrook Town Center.

Moe’s, which also has locations in North Myrtle Beach and off U.S. 501, serves burritos, tacos, nachos and other items and is known for greeting customers as they walk in the door with an enthusiastic “Welcome to Moe’s!”

In addition to Moe’s, the new retail building -- off S.C. 544 at U.S. 17 Bypass in front of Target -- houses the area’s first Which Wich, a sandwich chain; The Joint, a national chiropractic business; and Massage Envy. The last tenant, AT&T, plans to open in about a month.
