Conway gun buyback brings in 122 firearms

Law enforcement officials collected at least 122 guns during Conway Buyback.

Police collected at least 122 firearms Saturday during the Conway Police Department’s annual Gun Buyback program.

The program gives residents an opportunity to turn in firearms anonymously with no questions asked and receive a gift card in return.

The event was held in coordination with the Horry County Police Department, Horry County Sheriff’s Department and the S.C. Highway Patrol.
