Horry County fire crews battled a house fire late Sunday in the Juniper Bay community, according to authorities.

The fire was reported about 11 p.m. Sunday at a mobile home along Gemini Circle, which is located off of Secondary Highway 548, said Brian VanAernum, an Horry County Fire Rescue battalion chief. Crews with the third battalion worked on the fire and reported it to be fully involved when they arrived at the scene.

The fire was under control less than an hour after it was reported, VanAernum said. It was unclear what caused the blaze.
