Amendment would bring more choices to buyers in Bellasera

sjones@thesunnews.comMarch 14, 2014

While the North Myrtle Beach City Council likely will clarify Coastal North signage rules Monday night, the city’s Planning Commission will consider new housing styles and clarification of allowable/prohibited materials at its meeting Tuesday.

The changes would add 48 elevations to the 17 already approved. That means there will be nine new designs and 18 new models for the development off 2nd Avenue N.

The proposed amendment makes no changes to the layout of the development or the number of units in single family and multi-family housing.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:15 a.m. at City Hall.
