Conway-area residents interested in becoming a student mentor, or who know someone who would be a good mentor, can learn about the Aspirations Advocate program for schools in the Conway attendance area on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Whittemore Park Middle School, 1808 Rhue St., Conway.

The program is part of the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations’ plan for changing school culture in Conway schools, an effort that was spurred by a group of parents, educators and residents from the attendance area. Quaglia is active in Whittemore Park, Conway Middle School and Conway High School, and will be working with those schools for three years.
