SC third in nation for inbound migration

United Van Lines has published a map of nationwide migration patterns that shows South Carolina is second for in-migration.

Oregon heads the list with 61.2 percent of the movers inbound. South Carolina recorded 60.1 percent inbound moves. North Carolina ranked third at 57.7 percent inbound moves.

The map showed that New York, Illinois and New Jersey, respectively, were one, two and three for outmigration.
