American Red Cross seeks volunteers

The American Red Cross needs more volunteers and is hosting an orientation Jan. 29 in Georgetown.

To register for the orientation visit redcross.org/coastalsc and click on volunteer.

The orientation will be held at 104 Screven Street from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Volunteers help respond to the needs of individuals devastated by disasters like home fires and floods, including the Front Street Fire. Office volunteers and community event volunteers are also needed.
