North Myrtle Beach police look for woman wanted on larceny charges

North Myrtle Beach police are looking for a woman accused of taking cash, checks, credit cards and other items from local buisnesses, said city spokesman Pat Dowling.

Bonnie Jean Mendola, 30, is wanted on larceny and fraud charges.

Police believe Mendola has been entering stores and asking to use a bathroom or creating another diverson while identifiying items like purses and wallets, then stealing such things.

Mendola is 5’7” and weighs about 200 pounds.
