Surfside Beach police offer reward for information about house fire

— Surfside Beach police are offering a $1,000 reward for information about a fire that occurred at a house under construction in the city, according to a news release.

Chief Rodney Keziah said the cash reward is being offered with the hope it will bring more information to police about the fire that occurred at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday at a home under construction at 16th Avenue South and Lakeside Drive.

Anyone with information can call Surfside Beach Police at 913-6368.
