An autopsy revealed that a man who was found dead partially under his truck Thursday morning died from cardiac related issues, said Deputy Coroner Tony Hendrick.

Coy Eugene Honeycutt, 74, of Longs, died at the scene Thursday.

Horry County Fire Rescue was called about 8:40 a.m. to Old Wilson Road and S.C. 905 by a neighbor or passerby who found the man trapped under the truck, said agency spokesman Brian VanAernem.

Hendrick said Honeycutt was partially under the front passenger tire of the truck, which Hendrick said Honeycutt owned.

S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
