Sea Mountain Highway exit from U.S. 17 in North Myrtle Beach reopened after crash

The exit for Sea Mountain Highway off of southbound U.S. 17 was closed for more than an hour Wednesday following a vehicle crash, according to North Myrtle Beach Public Safety officials.

Details about the extent of the crash, the number of vehicles involved and those hurt were not immediately available.
