MYRTLE BEACH — An undisclosed amount of jewelry was stole early Thursday during a burglary at a Pawleys Island business and Georgetown County deputies are seeking help from residents to catch the perpetrators.
Deputies were called about 4 a.m. Thursday to Christopher’s Fine Jewelry at 111412 Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island for a business alarm activation, said Carrie Cuthbertson, Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman.
Deputies found that the glass front doors were shattered and two glass cases were damaged and jewelry was missing, Cuthbertson said. Officials did not release any other details about the incident.
