U.S. Coast Guard rescues two in Murrells Inlet

Two people were rescued by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter Wednesday, according to a news release from the Defense Video & Imagery Distribution System.

The pair reportedly grounded a small boat near Murrells Inlet and were rescued by a crew aboard a helicopter from the U.S. Coast Guard in Charleston. The two mariners did not require medical attention.
