$40,000 incentive offered at open house

A Pawleys Island retirement community is offering a $40,000 cut in price as an incentive to buyers during an open house that will last through Saturday, according to a news release

The Lakes at Litchfield intends for the open house to showcase the community’s active retirement lifestyle and the desire to help seniors maintain their independence.

The open house is to feature a model home tour as well as a look at the amenities the community offers.

The Lakes at Litchfield is located at 120 Lakes at Litchfield Drive in Pawleys Island.
